I went to sleep dentistry to remove some problematic teeth, my second ever dental visit after a traumatic visit as a child. Dr. Chung and his team were incredibly gentle and thoughtful with me through the entire process, and since. Everyone from the assistants to the front desk workers work to keep the environment peaceful and comfortable.
I ended up having complications in healing, and Dr. Chung was able to address these and gave me relief. Other women know what it's like to feel unheard or misunderstood by providers, but that is not certainly not the case here. 10/10, no longer afraid of the dentist.

I had a wonderful, pain free experience with Sleep Dentistry of Vancouver-West. The staff and Dr's were very caring and welcoming. Up front about costs, no hidden fees or agenda. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

This dentist is amazing! We have been looking for a dentist for years that would work on my handicap/disabled sister and they said right away we can do it! All of the staff is so kind. The communication from them before appointments and during the appointment was amazing. Dr Chung and Dr Phillip were so kind to us and my sister. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Have been going here for a bit over a year to get my terribad teef fixed up. Dr. Hwang and Dr. Chung perform amazing work. Quick and pain free. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend.

My first visit at Sleep Dentistry convinced me that I came to the right place. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. They spent time explaining my issues and options. The main thing to me was that they were much more thorough than my last dentist, and that was impressive. I would recommend them.

Just like most others, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I decided to give this office a try because I had a few bad experiences with offices in the area. The staff is amazing and happy to help with whatever you need. The doctor I saw was Dr. Hwang. She is amazing! She talked me through what I needed done and was very personable and friendly. She pays close attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right for you. Would leave her a 6 star review if I could. All around a great office and so glad that I gave them a shot. Happy to say I've found my new Dentist!

I highly recommend the Vancouver office! All of the staff I met were kind, courteous and welcoming. Dr. Chung helped me understand the pros and cons of a dental device for sleep apnea without any pressure, just information. I'm so glad I made the trip and took the time for an appointment!

The staff here make every experience comfortable & I have such a relaxed & pleasant time when I come down here. Rae always does an amazing job & it doesn’t even hurt when she says it’s going to! Easily the most comfortable experiences I have ever had at a dentist & this place has done several cleanings & a partial crown for me! I would rate them a 6th star if it was possible!

I had a bad tooth I knew needed to be removed. I called and sleep dentistry made sure I was able to get in same day. And when I got there they were so nice. Treating me like a friend. They never made me feel judged. Made sure I was comfortable and ok during every step. They are wonderful.

Dr. Tran is very nice. He explains everything in detail. He searched out a problem with great detail. I felt very comfortable with everyone that assisted me.

It was a pleasure to be back. 11 years ago they made me a set of dentures that were life changing. I believe in loyalty to those who have helped you out. I went back because I need a new set of dentures and was (after filling out paperwork) seen promptly and the whole experience was professional and friendly. I was given a referral and was in and out in about 40 minutes.

Office staff are friendly and outgoing and take the time to answer your questions and address the needs of the customer. The dentists and hygienists are concerned about the well being of the patient and the health of your teeth and gums. Highly recommend.

Everyone - from the individual who answers the phone, the team member who coordinates insurance, the hygienists, and Dr. Chung - are so friendly, professional, and good at their jobs. You can tell they hire genuinely nice people as opposed to people who are just trying to be nice. Plus - although busy - it felt like a calm, low stress environment. I hesitated making an appointment with a big company / chain-type dental practice but I'm glad I took a risk and scheduled anyway. It turns out it was not a risk at all. One other really positive note is that when they say they don't judge people for putting off their dental care (due to not wanting to feel embarrassed or shamed) they mean it. They really practice what they preach on their website.

Daniel Chung and his assistant Abby and the other staff were very sweet and friendly they went out of their way to make sure that i was comfortable and that my PTSD was not triggered! I wasn't put to sleep I was awake the entire time and it wasn't painful or scary at all I'm actually looking forward to seeing the dentist again. thanks for being a good dentist Daniel Chung and for having friendly staff and a relaxing office... I am recommend you and your staff.

I have a deep phobia of dentists and hygienists. I cannot tell you how much I loved this place. Every single person is simply beyond. My insurance was difficult to locate and their coordinator worked diligently and tirelessly to make everything work. I had a cleaning and exam and both were almost relaxing with no drug helping to get there. And, I have both front teeth chipped. I'm going to be fixed within the weeks. This place is simply amazing. I definitely would refer anyone here.

Madison was absolutely phenomenal! I’ve always struggled with gagging during dental cleanings, but she completely changed my experience. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and went out of her way to find solutions that worked for me. Her gentle technique and calm attitude made me feel so at ease throughout the entire appointment. The doctor there is the best and her assistants (Scott) now the newest doctor is even BETTER-TICKETS BETTER!!. Doctor makes you feel comfortable and knows you personally and cares if He she knows you are in pain, he doesn't give you the run around, he understands. I appreciate that cause I have a very high anxiety rate.

This was the best experience. I have severe anxiety with the dentist. I had broken my tooth and was so nervous scared going and getting it done. The staff and atmosphere was amazing. All levels of staff are compassionate and helpful. Front desk helped me navigate paperwork and payment while experiencing major pain. The dental hygienist was caring and efficient. Dentist was knowledgeable and explained everything. Overall I would recommend highly.

I’m terrified of the dentist and I have had such a pleasant experience with all of the staff. They listen to me and do everything possible to make it a positive experience. They are so supportive. They never rush me if I need a break and I feel like I’m getting exceptional service every time!

They are amazing! Very welcoming and great staff. I had a wisdom tooth that was infected for 2 months. Went in as a standby to be seen and was out of there by 9am with an appointment to have it pulled the next day! Dr. Lunt even came in to see how I was doing after they pulled it. I'm excited to go back for the rest of my dental care.

Edit to this review: it was upsetting to find out that Dr. Lundt had passed when I came in a couple years ago. He was a great man and I enjoyed his stories while he worked on my teeth. I still love this office. The people are great and Dr. Lundt was obviously well loved by the staff.

I love this dentist office. Dr. Lundt is great. I had to get a root canal and I have anxiety issues and he was very calming and did a great job! The first time I came in they had quoted me a price that accidentally had left part of my procedure out. There was absolutely no argument on their end. They immediately owned up to the mistake and honored their quote price. They did awesome squeezing me in right away in an emergency when I broke my temporary crown. Everyone here that I've encountered has been so nice. The front desk and the dental assistants are amazing. Thank you!

I recently had a very professional experience at my dentist's office, where I underwent the extraction of two teeth within a four-month period, "dr Hwang" was exceptionally skilled and professional, taking the time to explain the extraction process. I appreciated the thoroughness with which they assessed my dental health and discussed the reasons for the extractions. This level of communication made me feel more comfortable and informed.
Overall, I am grateful for the exceptional care I received. The professionalism of the dentist and the entire team made a potentially stressful experience much more manageable. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of dental work, especially extractions. Their commitment to patient care and urgent care truly sets them apart. Very please with the way it all worked out. We are not insured and thought it was going to cost a lot to have my wife’s bottom molar pulled. But is was a small fraction of what I thought it would cost.

We set a “next day” appointment for my wife. Soon after we showed, they gave her a full exam for less than $100 and then went right to work on the removal.

She was in the door and out the door in about 1 hour and we spent less than $450 total!

So impressive - I couldn’t believe it.

And…The staff was very warm and welcoming. Nice environment. I absolutely suggest this company for dentistry work.

Absolutely a fantastic dentist to work with and have dental work done at. Pleasure working with them since they day I emailed requesting an appointment. They were able to get me right in for the consultation and fix my cavity same day! I'd recommend this dentist to everyone.

I have never been one to like going to the dentist, I’ve just never had good experiences with them I have the worst anxiety. But Dr. Parker and his staff absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. He was very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and went over all my options on how it should be treated. Then the staff was just the icing on the cake. They were very friendly and very efficient at everything they did. I’d give 6 stars if I could. If you have teeth you need to go see Dr. Parker!

Well, I would rather not go to the dentist in general, it is not something I look forward to. However, I do want to take care of my teeth, and the only people that make it as enjoyable and comfortable as possible are the entire team at Sleep Dentistry Of Vancouver Eastside. By my own choosing, I have followed them from different locations in Vancouver, and until now they're there east side location. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I really feel like they know what they're doing, they are the only ones I trust with taking care of my teeth. As best I can remember, I have been going to them for the last eight years and have no complaints.

Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. Very comfortable sitting area, friendly staff. I never thought I would have a filling done without numming, it was amazing, no pain whatsoever. The doctor (sorry forgot your name ) he was amazing, during the procedure he was concerned about my comfort every few minutes. I have another appointment next week.

This dentist was the only dentist that helped me... Was experiencing severe pain and they were the only one's that believed and prescribed something for the pain.... The rest just let me suffer and said Tylenol and Ibuprofen should work... it didn't work at all, I was drowning in meds instead exceeding the daily dosages intead of just taking one pill that solved the problem immediately. I understand people abuse the system but I am absolutely not one of them. If I say I'm in pain and over the counter isn't working the first assumption should be to trust and believe the patient and not leave them suffering... I really truly appreciate this team....

I went in for an emergency tooth extraction. The nurses, receptionists and dentist were all so wonderful. Never once did I feel ashamed, judged or embarrassed. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist but I felt extremely comfortable and safe with them.

Dr. White was extremely helpful and kind. He was straightforward but was very personal. I felt extremely cared for. The operation went extremely smoothly and though I can’t remember what happened I do know that this was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist.

If I lived in the area Sleep Dentistry would definitely be my regular.

It has been so hard for me to find a dentist that makes me feel comfortable. The dentists and hygienists at Sleep Dentistry - West have been so patient and kind with me, despite my embarrassing gag reflex! Lol Thank you for everything and keeping me cavity free since 1983! 😉

Yesterday I had my first experience with this company and fiest impressions mean a lot. They nailed they're first impression with friendly customer service. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get their mouth fixed to give these awesome ppl a shot.

My dental hygienist, Jessica did an amazing job taking care of my cleaning! She was gentle, kind, informative and was attentive to my needs. They have a great practice at this location. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My mom has been coming here for over 30 years and has amazing care. All the office ladies and hygienists are so nice and comforting to her. My mom is 89 and I bring her now for dental care and I see first hand how they greet her and care for her . Good people ❤️

I went in for work and felt suuuppeerr comfertable. I have had horrible experiences in previous dental businesses. This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Shayla was incredible With making me feel as comfortable as I can. She explained everything thoroughly And even as far as warming up The water for my sensitive teeth. As well as let me know everything she was gonna do before she did it.
Also Dr Sekkon was quite possibly the nicest dentist I've ever encountered. She was so gentle with my teeth and explained everything in detail about what she was gonna do before hand as well. This will be my dentist for life! Highly reccomend this office for your dental needs!

This clinic is fabulous! The team is so professional, friendly and accommodating. They make it much easier to go to the dentist! They really made a scary situation of a full mouth extraction manageable.

Dr Sekhon and their whole office team were wonderful. I had a broken tooth emergency that turned out to be a more complicated issue than anticipated. From my first point of contact I felt very well cared for by the staff. Conda was extremely helpful with the clerical part of my appointment preparations, and Shayla, Vicky and Emily were amazing and made me feel very comfortable and safe writing my overwhelming situation. They were all so kind and personable and went over options for repairing/addressing the issues and the gal who went over payment options with me was wonderful too (I’m sorry I cannot remember her name, my head was spinning at that point.) Thankfully I was able to decide on a procedure and get it done the same day. Dr. Sekhon and Emily are an excellent operating team. They got me through my procedure fairly quickly and I remained comfortable and confident throughout it, which is not an easy feat for me. I was so pleased with how smoothly it went, I almost felt like I should have left them a cash tip like I had just visited a spa or something. I am sure I will be in good hands with Dr Sekhon and her team moving forward.

After having to switch dental offices because of insurance reasons. I’m happy to be back at Sleep Dentistry. The staff is kind and helpful. Leilani did my cleaning. Her treatment room was comfortable without all the direct lights in your eyes. I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed while at the dentist. If you are looking for a dental office I highly recommend Sleep Dentistry of Portland.

I have personally been going to Sleep (har) since I moved to Portland in 2017. I have never had a single bad experience, and I've seen a handful of their different hygienists when I've gone for cleanings, along with seeing both of their dentists.

They are always very professional, informative and courteous.

The worst experience I've ever had was having my appointment become lost many many years ago, but I do not fault them as I believe they were transitioning to a new system or something rather. I was upset at the time, but that's my own impatience. Lol!

Vicki has been my regular cleaner for many years and she is the sweetest living soul. I always look forward to my semiannual visits here, never with fear. Though it probably helps that I do my part in my oral health.. 💯

I had a crown fall out last week, Sleep Dentistry was able to get me in in less than a week. Dr Dustin was able to clean out the crown and grind my tooth down a little and recement my crown back in, less than a hour total. Very quick and professional. Will gladly be a returning customer
