Complete your new patient forms online or arrive early to fill them out in person.
Bring your insurance card (if applicable) and photo ID.

Take any prescribed medications as usual (unless directed otherwise by your dentist).
If using sedation, arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home after the appointment.

4. Professional Cleaning (If Scheduled)

If your visit includes a routine cleaning, our hygienist will:

- Provide oral hygiene tips for home care.
If a deep cleaning is needed due to gum disease, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit.

5. Discuss Financing & Next Steps
